Our Policies

In order to provide a comfortable environment and quality services, we ask that you abide by the following policies:

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Spa Hours are by appointment only, and your time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule you may be charged a fee:

  • 24 hours notice = no charge
  • Reschedule or cancel with 3 – 23 hours notice = 50% of the service price
  • Reschedule or cancel with less than 2 hours notice = 75% of the service price
  • No Shows or more than 10 min late with no notice = 100% of the service price

Fee policy enforcement is at spa’s discretion. We understand things happen. If you’re running late, please call 314-803-0784 and let us know. We will try our best to fit you in or work you into the schedule later in the day. Note: voicemail and text messages are returned between appointments. Missed calls are not returned; please leave a message.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Each client must have their own appointment booked under their name and held with their own credit card.

Clients younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

No filming, recording, photos or use of phones are allowed in treatment rooms while services are in progress.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Sugar Spa takes cash and all credit cards and debit cards. Your credit card is used to hold your appointment. We do not accept checks.

SPA ATMOSPHERE

Due to safety concerns, children and babies are not allowed in treatment rooms, nor can they be left unattended in the waiting area.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
