Our Policies

In order to provide a comfortable environment and quality services, we ask that you abide by the following policies:

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Spa Hours are by appointment only, and your time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule you may be charged a fee depending on how much notice you provide:

  • 24 hours or more before your appointment = no charge
  • Reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment = 50% of the service price
  • No Shows or more than 10 min late with no notice = 100% of the service price

Fee policy enforcement is at spa’s discretion. We understand things happen. If you’re running late, please call 314-803-0784 and let us know. We will try our best to fit you in or work you into the schedule later in the day. Note: voicemail and text messages are returned between appointments. Missed calls are not returned; please leave a message.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Each client must have their own appointment booked under their name via Square and held with their own credit card.

Some services only take 15 minutes so make sure to arrive early to use the restroom, get a drink of water, whatever you need so you will be ready for your appointment on time. 

You will be charged for the session even if there’s not enough hair to remove since someone else was unable to book that time slot. 

Clients younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Sugar Spa takes cash and all credit cards and debit cards. (We do not accept checks.) Your credit card is used to hold your appointment; appointments booked online or in the spa without a credit on file will not be accepted. 

SPA ATMOSPHERE

Due to safety concerns, children and babies are not allowed in treatment rooms, nor can they be left unattended in the waiting area.

No filming, recording, photos or use of phones are allowed in treatment rooms while services are in progress.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
